Aswath is a final year law student at Jindal Global Law School, and an incoming associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He intends to focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. He takes a keen interest in PE deals, particularly those that involve JVs, REITs or InvITs, and those that have FEMA implications.
